Retail job interview.
I am searching for a second job and have an interview with a retail store this afternoon. Weird.

No chemo this week.
I took Booker in for chemo today and his neutrophil counts are really low. This is a bone marrow issue. They are the lowest they have been since all of this started. He can’t receive treatment this week at all now and we have to retest again. This has already happened once and his level went up for him to be able to have treatment but it just sucks that this is the lowest it’s been....

Officially in remission.
Booker had his third chemo treatment today and our oncologist announced that he is officially in remission! She was really excited that it happened so quickly and said he’s doing really great. His counts are still on the low side - lower than they were when we first came in - so we have to watch that. He has to have oral treatment next week for three days straight and has to pee a lot...

Booker update.
As far as I know, Booker is doing pretty great. I can barely feel his lymph nodes now and he is acting very normal - lounging in bed one minute and then barking his head off demanding I throw his frog the next. He’s panting a little which is a side effect of the prednisone but nothing to worry about. The thing I am worried about is I am trying to get a second job which will make me not be...
